Workout, Warrior style!
Okay okay, I’m not a beast, but I’m slowly buffing up a bit and can actually feel I’m getting stronger! Better eating habits really help a lot to get some more definition and I’m currently looking into the Paleo/Caveman diet. But I mean, look at that deltoid!
And blasting some energhetic Power Metal makes you feel like a Workout Warrior anyway.
